E-pprove August 2015 brings the following exciting new features:
Share your asset libraries with other organisations:
E-pprove now allows collaborative sharing of asset libraries with other organisations. Organisation Administrators can allow users from other organisations to access approved files, all files or contribute new digital assets as needed.
Integrated Help & Support:
Need additional support using an E-pprove feature? We're here to help. Our new integrated help centre gives you instant access to on-line tutorials. If further assistance is required, send us a message from any screen.
Approval & Simple Task Calendars:
When creating an approval the working calendar option has been moved to the general tab. Users will be alerted when sending approvals or tasks outside of the selected working hours calendar.In the office early? No problem you can see pending tasks and approvals from your Task List using our new "Not Started" filter.

Keeping Your Approvals On Track:
We've overhauled the Browse Workflow screens to bring you key metrics. You can now view task and approval assignments. Searching has been refined and lists are split into pages to improve page load performance.
Homepage Improvements For Lower Resolution Screens:
Need to view the E-pprove homepage on a tablet computer or projector screen? The homepage will now adjust to the resolution of the device it is viewed on automatically.Full touch screen and mobile support is coming soon!

One-to-Many Asset Linking:
Associate existing assets in your library with new activity. Ideal for rework projects or where the same digital asset is to be used across multiple jobs.
Visualise Your Workflows:
The workflow visualiser now allows you to toggle your process flow between Top-Bottom and Left-Right.
Workflow Reporting Enhancements:
Set up warning thresholds for when a workflow is in danger of becoming late.In addition, Original Baseline dates are now recorded as well as Projected and Actual completion dates. We'll be bringing you new reporting features based on these enhancements shortly!
Work Item Event Notifications:
Configure your workflows with template email notification events when a work item is Started, Finished or Actioned Late.
Create & manage glossary pick lists for your organisation. Glossaries can now be created and used from within the Custom Forms feature.
