LG5-13: Create a Role

To create a user Role, you must belong to a Role with the 'DomainAdminsecurity Level. Follow the steps below to create a user Role.

  1. From the Navigation Bar, click the Admin button, then Users & Roles -> Create Role
  2. OR click Admin -> Users & Roles -> List Roles and then click the +New Role button
  3. Enter a Display Name which is how other users will see the Role listed
  4. The Short Name is populated automatically and will be used in the URL address bar
  5. Enter an appropriate Description to assist others in understanding the purpose of the Role

  1. Choose a Security Level. Click here for further information

  1. Select a visibility. Click here for further information
  2. Click Save to create the Role
